1. What ingredients do you use in your candles?
Our candles are made from natural, organic soy wax — completely free of paraffin and toxic additives. We use cotton wicks, and our fragrances are carefully selected, free from phthalates and parabens, ensuring a clean and pleasant burn.
2. Are your candles natural and safe for health?
Yes! Our candles are made with natural, non-toxic ingredients. They do not release harmful substances and are safe for indoor use. We prioritize allergen-free scents and use lead-free wicks.
3. How should I care for my candle for optimal burning?
To get the most out of your candle:

On the first burn, let it melt fully across the surface (about 1 hour minimum).

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use to prevent a high flame and uneven burning.

Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
4. What fragrances do you offer, and how can I choose the right one?
We offer a wide range of scents inspired by nature, travel memories, and magical worlds. Here's how to choose:

5. Will your fragrance oils affect how my candle burns?
Our fragrance oils are balanced to ensure proper performance. However, overuse or mixing certain oils may impact the burn. Always check the wick size and burning quality after adding fragrance.
6. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use eco-conscious ingredients, sustainable packaging, and small-batch, low-waste production. Our wax is naturally sourced, and our containers are often reusable or recyclable.
7. How long do your candles burn?
It depends on the size:

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We’re working on expanding shipping options to other countries. Shipping fees vary based on your location and order weight.

10. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We’ll offer an exchange or refund depending on the case.
11. Where can I buy your candles outside of the online store?
